Nordea Research Website includes research reports produced by Nordea Bank Abp including its branches Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Sverige, Nordea Danmark, Filial af Nordea Bank Abp, Finland, and Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Norge ("Nordea") or any other entity belonging to the Nordea Bank Abp group. Please read the Nordea Research Website Terms of Use (the "Terms of Use") carefully before you access the Nordea Research Website. The Terms of Use contain, among other provisions, consent by you to:

the use by Nordea of cookies, and
the free dissemination and use, within the Nordea Bank Abp group, of any information relating to your use of the Nordea Research Website.

1. GENERAL

On the terms and conditions stated in these Nordea Research Website Terms of Use (the "Terms of Use") Nordea Bank Abp ("Nordea") undertakes to give a person designated by Nordea (each a "User") access to the Nordea Research Website and the corresponding Nordea Markets Research apps for mobile devices (website and apps jointly referred to herein as the "Site").

The Site is a site provided by Nordea via the Internet. The Site gives the User access to research reports and other research related material and services produced by Nordea, including the branches Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Sverige, Nordea Danmark, Filial af Nordea Bank Abp, Finland, and Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Norge or any other entity belonging to the Nordea Bank Abp group (each such other entity an "Affiliate" and such group the "Nordea Group") and any other functionality and content, that Nordea may from time to time provide within the scope of the Site.

2. USER NAME AND PASSWORD

Nordea will provide user name and password to the User. Such name and password will be sent to the address given by the User to Nordea, unless the User and Nordea have agreed otherwise. The user name and the password are intended for the personal use of the User and they may not be disclosed to anyone else. The User may change the personal password.

3. PROVIDERS

The Site includes research reports provided by Nordea or Affiliates. Information about the Nordea Group and the Affiliates is available on www.nordea.com under the menu-item "About Nordea". Information on the primary service providers:

4. DURATION, AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATION

The Terms of Use are in force from the day of acceptance by the User until further notice. Nordea may unilaterally amend the contents or the scope of Site as well as these Terms of Use. Nordea will inform the User of any such amendments via the Site, and the amendments shall be deemed to have been agreed between the User and Nordea upon such information being available to the User on the Site. The User may at any time terminate the Terms of Use immediately. Nordea has the right, at any time, to cancel or suspend the User's access to the whole or part of the Site or to terminate the Terms of Use immediately.

5. RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF THE SITE

The information on the Site is not intended to be and shall not under any circumstances be considered as or constitute, an advice, a binding offer or a request to buy or sell securities or other financial instruments or a recommendation by Nordea or any Affiliate relating to such securities or other financial instruments, unless expressly notified to the User to the contrary.

6. INFORMATION ABOUT TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA

As a data controller Nordea processes personal data to deliver the products and services that are agreed between the parties and for other purposes such as to comply with laws and other regulations. 7. DISCLOSURE, ETC.

The User acknowledges and agrees that Nordea or an Affiliate may log the use by the User of the Site and that Nordea and any Affiliate shall have the right to use the information held by it relating to the use by the User of the Site. They may disclose such information to any other Affiliate or to Nordea, which shall also be entitled to use and disclose the information for the same purpose. The User further authorises Nordea to obtain any information relevant for the use of the Site from any Affiliate, and authorises any Affiliate to disclose such information.

8. COOKIES

The Site contains cookies in order for Nordea to increase the functionality for users and the User consents to the use of such cookies.

A condition for being able to use the Site is hence that the User has accepted the use of cookies.

Nordea is entitled, if requested by the User, to provide general information via e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the User. Nordea shall not be liable for losses or damages occurred by any disappearance or transformation of such a message.

11. COPYRIGHT AND TRADE MARKS

Nordea, Affiliates or third parties, if expressly specified, retain the ownership, copyright (c) and all other immaterial rights of the Site and no such right shall be vested in the User. All rights are reserved in all countries. The publication, reproduction, transfer, storage or any other use of the contents of the Site in whole or in part is forbidden unless Nordea or any other holder of title, copyright or other immaterial right has granted permission for such an action. The prohibition does not apply to storage on a computer or printing for personal use only. The trade marks or logos included on the Site may, however, not be reproduced, published or distributed without Nordea's written permission.

12. COMPENSATION

While Nordea currently makes the Site available to approved Users free of charge, Nordea reserves the right at any time to charge fees for access to portions of the Site or to the Site as a whole. However, in no event will a User be charged for access to the Site without obtaining prior agreement from the User to pay such charges. Thus, if at any time Nordea requires a fee for portions of the Site that are now free, Nordea will give the User advance notice of such fees.

13. LIABILITY

The User acknowledges and agrees to that the Site and the use and the contents thereof are provided on an "as is" basis. Nordea does not make any warranties about the Site or the functionality or contents of the Site.

Nordea shall therefore not be liable for any losses, damages or expenses arising out of the use of the Site nor of the contents of the Site, even if Nordea or any Affiliate had knowledge or should have knowledge about any defect in the functionality or contents of the Site.

Nordea reserves the right to update the Site and to discontinue access to the Site at any time. The User accepts that it may be denied access to the Site due to technical difficulties, upgrading or similar circumstances without any right to compensation from Nordea.

14. REVOCATION OF CONSENTS

The User may at any time revoke any consent given in these Terms of Use. However, revocation of such consent will also be construed as a notice of termination by the User, and the User will thereafter have no access to the Site.

15. ASSIGNMENT

Nordea may assign its rights and transfer its obligations under these Terms of Use to any Affiliate. The User may not assign its rights or transfer its obligations under these Terms of Use without Nordea's prior written consent.

16. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Finnish law. The courts in Finland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters arising out of or in connection with the Terms of Use.
